Working Principle
The water in the basin is pumped to the collector pipe, goes through distribution nozzles and sprays to heat-exchange coil pipes. An even water layer is formed around the outer surface of the pipes, cold air enters to the tower body through the air inlet of the tower lateral and flow through water layer outside the coil pipes in opposite directions from the spray water; a part of the spray water evaporates and absorbs heat from the water in coil. The air absorbs the said heat as well as heat transfer by contact, and becomes saturated hot humid air, then discharges to the atmosphere from the top exhaust fan, the rest spray water flows to the collector pipe at low part of tower and is pumped to spraying cycle.
