Explanation And Solution Of Common Failures Of Closed Cooling Tower
The operating environment of enclosed cooling towers is usually outdoors. Compared with indoor equipment, the possibility of failure is higher. So, what are the common failures of using enclosed cooling towers, and how should we respond? We have summarized the common failures and solutions of closed cooling towers for everyone, and hope to help you.
Common failures and solutions of enclosed cooling towers:
1: Abnormal water temperature of closed cooling tower
Causes of failure: Poor water circulation in the tower, too much or too little circulating water flow in the tower, and insufficient air flow from the fan. In the process of the circulation system, the secondary circulation of hot gas is at least critical to the temperature. The radiator and water distribution pipe are affected again and must be checked one by one and dealt with immediately.
Solution: The first is to query the water volume in the tower to check whether the water volume meets the normal specifications. Excessive water flow will cause the water temperature to rise. Secondly, check whether there is wood and hot air circulating in the circulation system, and finally check the air volume of the fan. If the air volume is insufficient or uneven, sealing will cause the water temperature to rise.
2: The water flow in the cooling tower drops rapidly
Cause of failure: The most practical effect of reducing water flow is poor heat dissipation from the heat pipe, which rarely occurs. The key is clogged water holes or filters, resulting in insufficient water supply, resulting in more and more water. If the water level in the water tank is too low, it will also cause insufficient water in the tower.
3: Splash more water droplets:
Cause of failure: The most common cause of this phenomenon is that the rotation speed of the water distribution pipe is too fast, which is caused by poor control. Others include too much water in the distribution tank, clogged fins or the wrong part of the water guide. Functionally, the dripping problem is caused by too much circulating water in the tower.
Solution: First check the cooling water volume in the cooling tower, control the water volume in time, reduce the circulating water volume, adjust or replace the new water baffle, open the blocked fins in time, and replace and clean the new cooling tower accessories in time.
