3. The refrigeration unit runs for too long, causing scale and other sundries to accumulate on the tube wall or in the copper tube of the condenser. This will inevitably affect the refrigeration cycle system. Therefore, we strongly recommend that the circulating water of the refrigeration unit is provided by the closed cooling tower, because the cooling circulating water in the closed cooling tower is a closed loop water that is closed and does not contact the outside world, and the cooling circulating water in the closed cooling tower does not contact the outside world. Contact will not cause pollution to the circulating water. At the same time, the circulating water is soft water and is not easy to scale, which can prolong the service life of the refrigerator and produce better heat dissipation efficiency.
4. Check whether the refrigerant is excessive. The refrigeration unit will be filled with an appropriate amount of refrigerant before leaving the factory, so there is no refrigerant leakage. Too much or too little refrigerant is not acceptable. The user does not need to add refrigerant. If there is too much refrigerant, It will only affect whether the unit can be used normally.
5. If the expansion valve is too small, we can gradually adjust the opening of the expansion valve to eliminate the problem.
