When customizing a closed cooling tower, pay attention to fully consider the compatibility of the fluid. During the production process of the factory, some corrosive gas may be produced. After the gas is dissolved in the cooling water, the formed fluid is corrosive to a certain extent. To consider fluid corrosive conditions, select the appropriate cooling coil material. According to the production experience of closed cooling towers, if the fluids are mostly alkaline substances, carbon steel pipes or copper pipes cannot be selected as cooling coils.
When customizing the closed cooling tower, we should also pay attention to the piping problem, which can be divided into four points. First of all, piping and pump valves cannot be installed above the operating water level of the cooling tower, otherwise there will be problems with overflow and suction. Second, to set the placement position of each equipment according to the pump lift, the pressure loss along the piping and the pressure loss of the cooling coil should be considered. Third, the flange pressure of the fluid cooling port of the closed cooling tower should be controlled at 1Mpa, and all pipes should be installed by hangers or supports. Fourth, the connection of each pipeline of the closed cooling tower can be flanged or welded. During welding, attention should be paid to cleaning to ensure that there is no residual welding slag in the pipeline and will not affect the fluidity of the cooling fluid.
