There are two main types of cooling water cycling methods, one is DC water, and the other is a cyclic cooling water. The use of these two methods is related to the location and environment used by the closed cooling tower.
- Water cooling system circulating water supply system:
The circulating water supply system is to use a certain capacity of water to be used in a fixed pipeline. This is the main application method of the current closed cooling tower. Circular cooling water must be pure water, so that it can produce scale, and the scale cleaning in the tube is more difficult. There are supplementary machines for circulating water equipment, and stainless steel water tanks are used to store cooling water. The entire cycle process is the equipment-stainless steel water tank-condenser-equipment. Cooling water for circulating water supply is sprayed and cooling through the spray system when the condenser is passed through the condenser. Reduce cycle water and then use it in the device.
There are two ways to cool the water supply:
1.1 Mechanical ventilation spraying cooling, forming wind pressure through the top fan, driving air flow. 1.2 Natural ventilation spray cooling. This method is more used in winter, or the temperature of the cooling is relatively low. When the temperature difference is relatively small, natural ventilation, no fan, reduced power consumption, but the cooling effect is affected.
- DC water supply system:
DC water supply does not need to use stainless steel water tanks to store cooling water. Cooling water enters through the pipeline to enter the device heat exchanger or a condenser. This method is mainly through groundwater, rivers, lake water, etc. The water volume is relatively large and discharge directly. In this case, no spray cooling is required, and it is suitable for areas with rich water resources.
The biggest disadvantage of DC water supply is that it will produce severe scale, and the cooling method is a bit similar to the opening cooling tower. Although the opening cooling tower is circulating water, the tap water used, this tap water is also a type of groundwater. Therefore, it is very difficult to clean up the internal scale of the pipeline. This DC water supply system is very common in the central air -conditioning industry, mainly using groundwater circulation.
