Heat Transfer Method Of Closed Cooling Tower
In the working condition, the cooling medium (softened water, oil or other liquid) is pushed by the main circulating water pump to the fluidity of the heat exchanger and the intermediate circulation system of the equipment to be cooled, and the spray water is evenly sprayed on the heat exchanger. The outer surface of the heat exchanger produces uniform shrinkage water, and the strong cold air enters the tower from the air inlet under the tower, and flows back through the surface of the heat exchanger with the spray water. In this case, there are two heat transfer methods, namely strong cooling. The heat exchanger between the air and the cooling medium and the heat exchanger for the evaporation and endothermic reaction of the sprayed water. After absorbing the heat, the saturated hot humid air is discharged into the atmosphere by the centrifugal fan, and the other sprayed water flows to the stainless steel water tank under the tower. Then transport to the automatic sprinkler system. In this reciprocating type, the cooling medium in the heat exchanger is desuperheated and cooled.
