Working Principle Of Closed Circuit Cooling Tower
The working principle of the closed cooling tower: the closed cooling tower adopts the principle that water absorbs heat when evaporating, and then is cooled by the cooling liquid. The spray water (cooling water) is stored at the bottom of the closed-circuit cooling tower, and the working fluid (softened water or other liquid) is circulated in the cooling coil of the closed-circuit cooling tower. The spray water is sprayed on the coil surface by the spray system pump through the water distribution system and spray nozzles. A small portion of the water evaporates and absorbs heat, which then lowers the temperature of the working fluid in the pipeline. The water and unevaporated water in the hot air are intercepted by the baffle and flow through the PVC heat exchange layer. The water in the PVC heat exchange layer is cooled by evaporation. The temperature drops and falls to the bottom of the pot of water. The water is recirculated through the water pump to the water distribution system and then back to the shower coil. Circulating cooling is done in this way.
