Closed circuit cooling towers do not require direct contact between air and cooled fluid. The closed circuit cooling tower has two separate fluid circuits. One is an external circuit in which water is recalculated outside of the second loop, which is a bundle of tubes (closed coil) that is connected to the process in which the hot fluid is cooled and returns in the closed loop.

The specially designed louvers not only reduce the limited spray water drift to minimum level, but also effectively stop outside sunlight and particles from entering the tower basin cultivating the growth of bacteria.

The Gewabin system uses 100% closed loop as the process fluid, saving any form of water loss. Special baffles are used to minimize unavoidable water spray losses without negatively impacting cooling efficiency. The closed circuit cooling tower is designed to operate in a very limited space, accounting for 1 / 4-1 / 5 of the open cooling system, saving any form of ground construction. An effective eliminator baffle enables the fluid cooler to be used in a room close to the production line without wetting the floor.

Unlike most forced draft cooling towers, the GWBB cooling tower utilizes large access doors for easy entry and exit.

4、Long Life Construction 

Rugged, corrosion-resistant galvanized steel is standard, and the S304 series stainless steel and Magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc plate housing is available as an optional upgrade to the partial or entire cooling tower structure.

Packaging & Delivery

1)Generally, two body parts: upper and botton boxes; 
2) Shipped by one 40ft container,upper and bottom body parts shipped assembly and separately; 
3) Packing with plastic film to to protect evaporative condensers from swearing in the long distance transportation.
