Structure and working principle

During operation, the cooling medium is driven by a main circulating pump circulating flow between the heat exchanger and the equipment. The water is sprayed on the heat exchanger to uniformly form a water film on the heat exchange surface. Cold air enters the tower from the underlying air inlet through the surface of the heat exchanger surface. There are two methods of heat exchange in this process. Heat transfer between the cold air and the cooling medium, as well as the heat exchange of the steam and the heat absorption of the water spray. Hot air is vented from the air to the atmosphere. Other water flows into the sink below the tower. Then pump them into the sprinkler system. The cooling medium in the reciprocating heat exchanger is cooled.

3. Circulating water turbidity is less than 50 mg / L, free of oil and impurities.

4. The inlet water temperature is below 60 °C.

5. The inlet and outlet pipes can be rotated by 90°, 180° and 270°.

6. The fan blade angle is adjustable to ensure the same angle.

7. Do not exceed the rated current of the motor.

8. Pay attention to fire and pressure.
