Counter flow closed circuit cooling tower Introduction

Counter flow type cooling tower is the bottom counter current, and the saturated warm air is formed with the falling water spray water, the heat is discharged from the top air blower, then the water is recycled by the dehydrator of special structure. Internal space without pre-cooling of the filler, more space to increase the unit heat radiation area, compact structure, small footprint. Especially suitable for low temperature or small temperature difference between the fluid cooling.

1. Compact Structure-without heat exchange filling, the structure of this type unit is more compact, needless installation space, and more suitable to be used in severe environments such like steel manufacturing factory, casting factory, mining factory and etc.

2. Elliptical Tube Design-compared that with round tube, the heat exchanger coils with elliptical tube could make the structure more compact, less liquid filling rate and air flow resistance.

3. Pre-cooling Fin Design-we could add the pre-cooling fin in the cooling tower coil, to achieve pre-cooling at high temperature and stop at low temperature. This design suitable to some serious water shortage area.
